Tickets are
on a first come first serve basis ·
Tickets must
be secured by credit card, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX ·
Ticket sales
are final and no refunds, exchanges or credits are allowed under any
circumstances ·
Ticket
prices include the face value of the ticket plus a service charge which
reflects the difficulty in obtaining premium seating for our clients ·
Tickets are
subject to 13% hst ·
Ticket
payment may be made by business cheques, money orders, credit cards and cash ·
Credit card
payment transactions are subject to a 2.75% surcharge ·
Tickets may
be couriered to you with next day delivery for $12.50 within the GTA and
approximately $15-$20 outside
the GTA area ·
Tickets
may be picked up at our office at 135 We cannot guarantee replacement of tickets if lost or stolen. We do purchase tickets from a third party, which makes it difficult for us to have tickets replaced. We will make every attempt possible to have lost or stolen tickets replaced if requested, but we do not guarantee that service. When replacing tickets, there are costs incurred, so there is a fee added in order to have tickets replaced. Please guard your tickets at all times. Please note that most tickets will be
the hard printed type of ticket.
However, some tickets may be of the “ticketfast” type
allowing us to email them to you without incurring any courier charges. In some cases, if the game or event is cancelled, we
can try to arrange a full refund, including the gst, less any shipping and
handling fees. Please ask before you purchase tickets if we can do a
full refund if the event is cancelled. Sometimes we cannot guarantee a
refund, as the tickets came from a third party, which makes it difficult to
get a hold of the third party and for us to receive a refund. Tickets for
cancelled events must be returned to our office within 10 business days. All ticket prices are in Canadian funds, unless
